Q: How to choose the right size unit for storing?
A: If items are packed into boxes, categories the size of boxes and calculate the total number of boxes and any bulky items and call us at +65 6242 9191/ email us @ hello@boxpark.com.sg for an estimation of size needed OR hire our recommended movers to get a closest accurate size needed for storage.

Q: What are the documentations required for first time registration?
A: You need to present your NRIC/ Passport upon registration.

Q: What are the documentations required for company registration?
A:
- NRIC or Passport of authorized Personnel.
- Business profile with company stamp.
- Company authorization letter. (if applicable)
Q: When can I access my storage?
A: You can access your unit at any time of the day 24/7.

Q: Can I have additional person to access my unit?
A: Yes, you may register more than one user to access your unit.

Q: Can I get insurance coverage for the items that is stored?
A: Yes, we have affordable insurance schemes that has a coverage up to $50,000 against fire and theft. (*Coverage will depends on the type of items that is being insured.)

Q: Does BOXPARK provides high security facilities?
A: Yes, we have 24 hours CCTV surveillance at all access points, emergency exits and areas outside our compound. Security guards are 24 hours in the building premises. Each unit storage we have its equipped with an individual alarm. Also the building is equipped with a complete firm alarm, sprinkler and fire detector system.
Q: What are the mode of payments?
A:
a) Come down to us and payment can be by Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Nets.
b) Online Bank Transfer to our DBS current account No: 017-904405-07
c) Drop us a cheque payee to BOXPARK Pte Ltd and for the Reference Number: * the unit number rented. (For example: A3001)
d) Make online payment through our website.

Q: Will there be reminder for payments?
A: Yes, an invoice will be send to you 8 days before payment due date.

Q: What are the late charges fees?
A: A late charge fee of SGD $25 will be incurred every 10 days after the payment due date.
Q: How long notice period should be given if I wish to terminate my storage?
A: We only require 7days’ notice of your intention to vacate your space. But there will be strictly no refund on early move out based on prepayment plan.
Notice can be given through by filling up the Move out Form OR inform our friendly Boxpark Officer @ +65 6242 9191.
Q: Who can I speak to at your facility if I face problem?
A: There will always be our friendly trained Boxpark officer during reception opening times @ +65 6242 9191 OR for 24-hr Emergency, do contact our Guard House @ +65 6241 8987, we will come for your rescue.
Q: What are the things that I can’t store in BOXPARK self-storage?
A: Items that do not meet requirements for safety are not permitted into storage. These items include:
• Hazardous materials such as explosive and inflammable goods
• Perishable items which could decompose i.e. exposed foodstuffs
• Living items such as animals and plants
• Stolen or illegal goods such as drugs, firearms etc
